After some time off from MMA I have returned to training, i am currently trying a new routine and just wanted to know what you guys thought of it good/bad ideas any input would be appreciated.
Wake up - Weetabix with semi skimmed milk
Protein shake before gym
2 HOURS at the gym- 40 min cardio - 1.20 hour weights
tin of rice pudding when back from the gym (low fat)
bannana/fruit smoothie for a snack or fruit
tea time i have chicken and spinach or tuna wraps or potatoe with tuna/beans in
to drink i either just have ordinary tap water or fresh juice.
Any info you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated. Leigh
