doomed28 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
can you train in your backyard every day? do you do any sandbag training? Pick up the sandbag, do what is called a "basketball pass", repeat. Pretty soon you'll be knocking people out with your jab, if youre not allready.
If you have little training time...do that and run uphills..youll have the best conditioning you could ever get from only 2 exercises.. thats all I could do before my first fight..I won on cardio alone!
