Where I live theres only one gym to train and we only train 3 days a week, but I need somewhere I can train every single day especially a camp.

can you train in your backyard every day? do you do any sandbag training? Pick up the sandbag, do what is called a "basketball pass", repeat. Pretty soon you'll be knocking people out with your jab, if youre not allready.
If you have little training that and run uphills..youll have the best conditioning you could ever get from only 2 exercises.. thats all I could do before my first fight..I won on cardio alone!

well I strength train on days that Im not sparring and grappling and have been running 3 miles every other day until last week, but I want more bjj and boxing training
