So last night I got some dirt on my feet during draining. The dirt absorbed all the sweat on the balls of my feet, increased the friction and within an hour I had blisters:thumbsdown:.
I have another intense class today and I'm wondering if I should go or skip it.
I was thinking about popping the blister in a sterile enviorment and covering it with superglue.
Definitely skip the class. Even if you decide to pop the blister, you definitely need to take some time off to reduce the risk of severe treatment.
Also, please post in the right section. I hate to be anal-retentive, but I did move the thread to the appropriate venue.
