Not gonna be a negative nelly and 'flame' (stupid word) you for not checking the rest of the forum.

Basically, these are the most important.

Whey Protein
ZMA (Zinc and Magnesium)
Omega 3 fish oils
Creatine

I take Whey protein twice a day (once after my workout and once shortly before I go to bed). I also take a Nitric Oxide drink before weight training and my omega 3's every morning.

This works for me. It took a while to find a stack that worked best for me - You may have to fiddle around a bit to find what works best for you.

There are posts all over the place (both here and elswhere on the internet) that discuss supplements and nutrition. Its easy to confuse yourself with all the data - Some of which contradicts itself.

out of those ones i'd drop the zma and add a decent multivitamin.
beta-alanine is good too.

I recently took Hemotest (Nutrabolics) and that shit got me jacked up. It's about 90 pills for one cycle (one - two months) - $50 - $65 per box depending on store discount. It's the weirdest thing. I didn't get tired and just worked out like a mad man averaging 20+ sets.

Otherwise shakes, vitamins, etc.

I posted up another thread about gaining massive lean muscles. I gained about 20 and dropped 10, but that's due to overworking, stress, etc...lolz! But I find one hits a plateau so I needed to find a new routine or get some new advice on how to get over that hump. Nothing beats eating and that's where I definitely need to focus on. It's tough to find time to cook and make six different meals EVERY DAY!

Let me know if you try it. Curious to see what your input is...

Casein would be better at this time of the day as its absorbed slower than whey

While using supplements not in training, normally in life, ya it helps to make physique stylish in a short duration but its hard to maintain, on the contrary if we use natural products & it's one of the best way to make perfect and long life body. And one of the most important thing, natural things is natural & artificial you know...!

sorry...! it's very difficult to say whom using which supplements. Cuz it's depends on person to which purpose he/she getting training.
But it could be possible, exactly to which you are looking for supplements...! Kinda mention that...!
