Hi! Could you help me with my diet?
I'm 6.1 heigh and my weight is 170lb. When I stop working out for some days, I lose weight. I'm slim. I do judo and kick boxing. I work my stamina running and swimming twice a week and I do weightlifting 2 times a week too.
Breakfast (all the days the same)
Milk or chocolate with oats and honey. Bread with turkey and olive oil and tomatoe. A bananba. Sometimes coconut cream with yogur.
At 12:30 (all the days the same too)
Turkey or parma ham. Nuts and an apple.
Espagueti with mince meal.
Peas and boiled potatoes
Rice with tomatoe and eggs
Green beans with boiled potatoes
Rice with tuna, tomatoe, olives and eggs
Macaroni with mince meal
The sunday I'm going to eat pizza, hamburguers, ice-cream... everything that I haven't eat during the week
At 18:00 (all the days the same)
Fruit, cheese and turkey.
Diner (salad and milk everyday)
Swordfish and some
Omemelet with tuna.k
The same way as the lunch
All the meat and the fish that I eat is grilled (a la plancha)
