Fedor punches

Hi guys i am new to this forum including MMA. Just started my muay thai lesson and i am going sign up for MMA lesson as well. Btw i am from asia. That's a short introduction about myself.

I have one question. How can i train to have powerful punches like Fedor has? This man really punches hard. :thumb02:
