Weight loss tips

Hello friends...!
What is the best way to weight loss...? I think drinking more water and daily exercise are the best weight loss tips... Do you agree with me....? Thanks in advance...!

yes, regular excercise. and a sticking to a specific diet. didnt know swimming worked great, good to know!

Eating 5 or 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals shrinks the size of your stomach.

Exercising daily with variation in techniques, green tea (personally i'd say at least 2 a day), lots of water. I also agree with having smaller more frequent meals instead of 3 larger meals, as I personally feel better doing this anyway, and my stomach has been much flatter since I adopted this routine.

I find counting calories to be working great. Just burn more then you take in.

Creating a daily 500 calorie deficit will get you rid of 1 pound/week. Work out hard at least 3-4 times a week, eat less and drink lots of water.

I stepped up my calorie counting 3 weeks ago and lost 9 pounds since then.

Eating smaller meals doesn't "shrink" the size of your stomach. Neither does it make you lose weight at a faster rate while ingesting the same amount of calories. The difference between 6 meals a day and 2 meals a day, pertaining to weight loss, is insignificant.

It's all about personal preference. If eating 6 meals a day leaves you more satiated than 3 meals a day, eat 6 meals a day. If 2 meals a day works better around your schedule, don't feel like it's the end of the world.

OP, if you want to lose weight: figure out your macros, calories, and count your calories. PM me if you want me to calculate these for you.

OP, like I said in my previous post, whatever works for you, DO IT. If my method sucks for you, go with the previous posters. People get caught up on what other people say is the "right" way of doing it; while for you, other ways may be more effective. It's all about what works for YOU.

hi if You are looking for loss some weight.
There are some useful tips for you losing weight.
1. Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.
2.simply try some cardio exercises . like swimming , running , jogging walking and cycling . cardio exercises are best for losing some weight and fitness .
3.Physical activity is important for health. Exercise is always best source of energy and fitness.

Also, take supplements that are regulates the cortisol, insuline and blood sugar levels.
