mma13guy has a little shameless behaviour in the past
MMA Workout

I made a workout challenge for all of my students at my gym. I wanted to invite everyone to try it. The workout takes you through 13 different exercises all of them have a kickboxing component. (no push ups or sit ups just punching and kicking drills) If you like it or have any suggestions I would love to hear them, if they will help me make my program better. I have a few suggests.
1. Rapid punching
2. high kicks
3. jumping kicks

mmagearzone has a little shameless behaviour in the past
try to incorporate a form of Tabata style training. i have used it when training fighters and athletes. personally a big favorite of mine. you can find it broken down on google pretty easily. id print it up for you here but it would take a ton of space up.

You can also try Side kick and Hold For 4 sec in the air, That's pretty challenging, also recommend by Bruce lee.
