Suggestions for a begginer
 
Hi, I've decided to join a MMA club and train, I've never done combat training or anything of that sort, just regular gym/running working out, etc. So I cant decide what to choose, boxing, kick-boxing, bjj, etc. what would you suggest to someone starting from zero?

I'd try and combine bjj with kick-boxing. That way you train stand up and ground fighting skills. I started half a year ago and tried a lot of different things before finding what suited me best. I take jiujitsu lessons twice a week and kickboxing lessons once a week and I do MMA-training. The best thing to do though I think is try and master one form of martial arts first, preferably one that focuses on both stand up and groundfighting like jiujitsu.
And if you can take classes with experienced MMA-fighters who don't mind adjusting to your level, do so, because you can learn a great deal from them.

I do Shotokan karate,wrestling,and parkour(good for leg muscles)

If you are still in high school the best thing you can do is join the wrestling team, it's free, it makes you very strong, and wrestling is probably the best base to start with MMA. Past that muay Thai or boxing either would be great just really personal preference.

I really enjoy kickboxing and Bjj, their both very different and take a while to master
