I'm 108lds, my doctor says I'm underweight. I'm 5'6. (I been out of MA for awhile from health..) But I'm back and wanting to get toned out. I'm wanting some abs and more muscles.
My goal is in two months.
I been doing, crunches, sit ups, lifting weight and working out on a punching bag. For a few weeks now..
There's one thing MORE important then exercise and it's diet, if you eat right your abs will show, keep up the rest of that your doing and you will be fine.
You can tell I'm active but I want a more. My arms, legs and abs. :) Thanks.
Go to a gym or somewhere that has a device to measure your body fat and find out where youre at. Low body fat is the key to looking toned/defined, and it mostly comes from your diet. Poor posture can also attribute to under-developed abs and can give you a paunch.
