Fat loss/muscle mass question
Ok, brief background. I dropped from 24% bodyfat to 9%, but was looking a little fragile, so i'm currently on a bulking cycle which is going well. I'm gaining alot of muscle with minimal fat gains.
My question is, when i'm done bulking, what dietary adjustments do i need to make to cut fat while preserving the muscle i've recently gained.
Is it as simple as eating less carbs and a little less protein, whilst ensuring a slight calorie deficit?
