Hey guys, I want to share a stretch with you.
A. have your left shin flat on the ground and sit on your heel, "you should feel some stretch of the quad here."
B. have your right leg flat againts the ground with the top of your foot "toe-nail side down."
C. Once you have completed steps A & B grab your left heel with both hands and rotate it so it will create a 90-degree angle to your body.
D. Once you have done C roll or rotate your right leg inwards "to the left" when you do this you will feel strain along the outside of your leg from your glutes to the knee cap and on the inside of the leg from the groin to the knee cap.
Yoga is the best to make your body flexible and bodybuilding is best to give the shape to your body. So use both if you demand both.
