What nut or nuts, are best for you.

Pecans and walnuts have been named as important nutrition wise. Are either, one or both good for us and why?

The nuts I like best are the ones that reside between my legs. I named them Wally and Peco, they follow me everywhere because their neighbor is an a$$hole.
