Heston has a little shameless behaviour in the past
A whole egg, yolk and all is good for you, but it has more fat and cholesterol. What I usually do is pass the yolk back and forth between the broken shells to get the whites out and then toss the yolk out. Sometimes I put some yolk in because some fat IS GOOD FOR YOU.

I got naturally low blood pressure, my breakfast consists of 3 boiled eggs (I hate the taste but they are mega-healthy) a glass of water before that and a cup of coffee. And I've had that now for 3 years I think...I feel great. (y)

I didn't read the OP, but if this is about eating only egg whites and not egg yolks, then the answer is no, eggs aren't bad for you. Eat them very often.

Well if you happen to be allergic to them, then yes they can be bad for you. If you have no allergens to eggs whatsoever then I don't think there is enough cholesterol in eggs to justify not each a few a day. Like others on this thread said, they have the highest quality of protein next to fish, and has lots of good fats in them too. That is unless you are allergic to them.

Also, if you are like me and happen to be allergic to dairy products, then don't make the mistake I made and assume eggs are another form of dairy. Take allergy tests.

I like mine with slightly runny yokes and toast to mop it up with. Over medium for me.
