dose my routine help on maintaining body shape without getting fat.
I am 23 yr old, height is 181cm, weight 170g. kickboxing level: beginner for 3 months.
What I do every morning are:
1. 20 minutes jumping rope: jump each 100 times and do a rest, during each rest, do push ups.
2. 30 minutes kickboxing excersies: punch heavey bag, do shadow boxing, practise kicking techniques with heavey bag, practise with speed ball.

And at the night of Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, I attend kickboxing class. i eat lots cabonhydrate, so i am afraid of if my routine excludes running excersises and will i get fat using this routine
