I was taking creatine ethyl ester. It seemed to work but tasted like crap. I have moved to just drinking protein shakes 3 times a day and a multivitamin. I'm not completely convinced other supplements work, but I'm sure someone will have other suggestions.

a good high quality protein is the most important. I have been using the No-Xplode for the last month and am very happy with the results. It containes NO2/creatine ethyl ester/caffeine etc. I have tried muscle stack but like this stuff better. I work out after work so the caffeine is esential for the boost in energy and motivation.

I bought GNC whey protein because it was buy 1 and get 1 half off. I can't even drink it because it makes me gag (and stuff comes up too). At first, it was great, but then after about a week and a half it made me gag horribly. It sucks.

If you buy protein (which you should), I'd suggest that you buy it from Bodybuilding.com - The Future Of Bodybuilding! Huge Bodybuilding Site. because it is $13 for 2 lbs. whereas at GNC it was $12.99 for a 1 lbs. bag.

Home at DPS Nutrition - The Nation's leader in Discount Nutrition

The only supplements you will EVER need.

GOOD MULTI
Creatine
bcaa+Glutamine stack
whey
joint support(animal flex cissorsx etc)

MM is fine PWO but it is cheaper to just whey/peanutbutter/fruit mix for the same calories. BUT SUPPLEMENTS wont do anything unless you have a good diet.

My stack= Animal pack(multi) , storm(creatine w/ transport), animal flex, any optimum whey(best quality) , animal flex. Purple wraith or extend is what most people suggest for ecaa/bcca stack I like glutamine/bcaa stack from universal called bcaastack =) ... good luck!

Thanks for the tips, also check out massnutrition.com. From what I've seen they have the lowest prices on name brand stuff. Please keep the tips coming, as well as what kind of result you've gotten. Thanks again for all your help
