MM is fine PWO but it is cheaper to just whey/peanutbutter/fruit mix for the same calories. BUT SUPPLEMENTS wont do anything unless you have a good diet.
My stack= Animal pack(multi) , storm(creatine w/ transport), animal flex, any optimum whey(best quality) , animal flex. Purple wraith or extend is what most people suggest for ecaa/bcca stack I like glutamine/bcaa stack from universal called bcaastack =) ... good luck!
