Started training - should I drink protein?
Started working out in BJJ and plan to also try out Muay Thai/Kickboxing, wondering if I should drink a protein shake while doing this.

I would suggest lee labradas lean body if you're trying to lose weight. Honestly, if you just eat well balanced meals, you don't need a protein shake, but if you hate eating, go for it.
