Started training MMA about a month ago, and would like to get some tips about things like diet's and cardio and strength training. I'm a big guy with some fat and have already seen effects from the training, but i don't really have a ''good'' diet. I don't lift any weights or something, though i've never trained i have big shoulders and biceps. Don't have any cardio training than Gym Class, and 4 trainings a week.
So i would like some ;easy start strength and cardio, incl. what to eat and what not, like a little diet!

For diet, start by getting rid of ALL white flour and ALL refined sugar, including high-fructose corn syrup (if it's on the label then don't eat it). Do this first!
For training do proper form deadlifts, turkish get ups, presses, lots of pullups and chinups, single and regular squats, some jumps and core training
