Started training MMA about a month ago, and would like to get some tips about things like diet's and cardio and strength training. I'm a big guy with some fat and have already seen effects from the training, but i don't really have a ''good'' diet. I don't lift any weights or something, though i've never trained i have big shoulders and biceps. Don't have any cardio training than Gym Class, and 4 trainings a week.
So i would like some ;easy start strength and cardio, incl. what to eat and what not, like a little diet!
