Reflex Diet Protein

Been on this for a week now. Training hard (running) but it's almost serving as a meal replacement. Fills me up so much. Anyone used this brand or this in particular. Is it supposed to be so filling? I'm now mixing it with milk instead of the water and it's actually quite nice.

Reflux diet and breakfast is a dilemma reason. Opportunity and frequency of people through the night, when they return to sleep problems, they wake up with heartburn. In this case, they are more likely to eat breakfast, antacids, than their food, make them feel worse.
