Seeking advice on current diet/workout
I'm a 25yr old 5'9" 234lb male. My goal is to drop down to 200lbs. I've been looking around this section of the forum for a few weeks trying to come up with a decent workout/diet plan. That I could actually follow. I'm a technician so time is money (flat rate). Which also means I'm pretty actice during work. What I have so far is.
MEAL 1(breakfast)5AM

GYM TIME 6AM
-Cardio
MEAL 2 730AM
-8oz chicken breast
-3/4 cup rice
MEAL 3 1000AM
-1-1/2 can of tuna
-1/2 cup of rice
-1/2 oz almonds
GYM TIME 11AM
-Weight Lifting
MEAL 4 1230PM

-fruit
MEAL 5 300PM
-8oz turkey
-V8 Veggie juice (low sodium)
-1/2 oz almonds
MEAL6
-8OZ turkey
-Salad
Cardio consists of 12 mins of HIIT and followed by 33 mins of keeping heart rate at 160.
Weight lifting depends on the day.
Mon - back and biceps.
Tues - chest and triceps.
Wed - Legs
Thur - Shoulders and Abs
Fri - Light Cardio
