I jacked up my wrist cuz I didn't wrap my hands...but that's from an old injury a long time ago when I got pissed off at some kid and punched the wall with his head inches away...lolz. What good it did me cuz it gave me a weak wrist. People don't realize the hand is extremely fragile...we have the most bones in our hands. My guess is if it's not swollen then let it rest. Put some ice...I didn't do that and I got stuck with a swollen knuckle/finger for life. Maybe pinched a small nerve.

My guess is you were throwing hooks.
