4. He says Pride is #2 to UFC in terms of competition

i dont like these people not fighting their friends.. its a ****in competition its like wrestling ur friend. u have to, its wrong to keep ur friend from having a chance at the belt because u can't fight a friend. this is ridiculous, they can still be friends for **** sake

But yea I agree with you it's not like it's a real fight but the biggest issue would be they both know each other's biggest weaknesses and stuff so that could pose a problem for some people who are arrogant and conceited.

Joe Silva, who actually makes the fights, doesn't like making fights between friends or people who know each other too well. The final of TUF4 between Serra and Lyttle was arguably a good example- they knew eachother too well and they cancelled each other out.

Personally I think it is up to the fighters- they can always turn down a fight if they want to.
