Hey guys

I have been playing this game non stop in career mode since this morning, only lost two fights and my character still has lvl 1 muay thai lvl 1 Bjj

Does anyone know how these increase??

you have to spar, and then use the points to increase everything. THEN, when you invite a camp to come train with you, select the BJJ one, finish off all of the tasks, you'll have to do it a few times, then it will fill some meter and your ground game will increase by 5%

how do you get invited to a camp? like is there any way i would have missed the invitation?

They just pop up right after your fights, at least on mine, and you accept. Then when it comes up on that goofy ass calendar thing (little octagon shape on the day of the week) you do the activity that week, no train or rest.
