Brenneman punches in and takes a shot en route to nabbing a takedown. Silva stands and elbows the side of Brenneman's head. Action comes to a grinding halt, and the audience boos. Brenneman works the body, but it's not enough to stop the boos. Gentile calls for action, then separates them. Silva with front kick and spinning backpack, and Brenneman backs off and resets. Silva has a low stance. Brenneman tries an overhand right and peels. off. Another spinning back kick and body kick for Silva, and Brenneman is shooting again. Silva moves to his back and gets into choke position. It's deep, and Brenneman is forced to tap out. Frenzied fight and a performance that portends big things for Silva.
