I think the odds are about right. Mir is very dangerous but JDS is yet to fail in dictating a fight in the UFC, he keeps it where he wants it and the variety of competition he's done that to makes Frank Mir, though a worthy opponent, a massive underdog.

Strikers, wrestlers, submission artists, well rounded and physically gifted MMA fighters of all shapes and sizes have fallen under JDS' fists before even his first title defense.

He's very capable of owning the division for a long time IMO and I don't like to say that about any fighter, but I think Mir will be the first of many more to fail in taking the belt from Junior.

300k on JDS. Mir won't get this fight to the ground and if he does it won't stay there for long. JDS is going to tko Mir in late one or round two.
