Round 1 -Kevin Mulhall is the ref. He'll point to Ebersole's "Hairrow" to see if he's ready, and Ebersole says he is. We get rolling. A left hand from Waldburger pops Ebersole right in the jaw. He appears to be out and hits the ground. But Ebersole will survive the possible flash knockout as Waldburger gets on top and starts to work for mount. He gets it less than 90 seconds into the fight. Ebersole works out of it, but Waldrubrger moves around nicely and lathces on to a guillotine choke. it's tight, but Ebersole survives it somehow and moves out to get back to his feet. halfway through the round, they'll stay in the middle and Ebersole will look to regroup. They clinch up and Ebersole looks for knees. He lands a nice elbow instead. Big knee from Ebersole lands, and he backs it up with a three-punch combo, but Waldburger stays standing. Waldburger lands a big punch and Ebersole opens his mouth and mugs at him – usually a sign that he's hurting from it. Ebersole gets off a few decent punches and kicks, but it's not going to be enough to steal the round back. MMAjunkie.com sees the first for Waldburger 10-9.

Round 2 - Good 1-2 from Waldburger, followed by a high kick, followed by a shot for a double that brings the fight to the floor. Ebersole tries to get back to his feet and does, though Waldburger briefly latches on to a neck. But Ebersole reverses pretty nicely to get on top. Waldburger will work out of his guard and looks for a triangle, then gets Ebersole's left arm. But Ebersole gets free. Waldburger looks for an omoplata, but again Ebersole fights out and lands a couple really big shots on the ground. Waldburger keeps hoping for a triangle and Ebersole keeps working the ground and pound. Waldburger gets it, but Ebersole survives it and lands some good elbows in return. Ebersole then works around to try to take Waldburger's back. He can't quite, but lands two big shots before the horn. Close with all of Waldburger's submission tries, but Ebersole's shots on the ground seemed to be more effective. We'll go 10-9 Ebersole, but close.

Round 3 - Crisp strikes from both guys 30 seconds in. We'll see who's fresher. Ebersole gets a Thai clinch and tries to pull the head down for knees. He goes for one, but there's not much there. Ebersole throws his famed cartwheel kick – and nearly lands it. Waldburger lands a kick in return. They clinch for a while without much action, then break before Ebersole pushes it to the wall again, then lands a soft takedown that really seemed to be more Waldburger just letting him have it. Waldburger goes for an arm, then looks for the triangle again. Ebersole drops some punches in. Ebersole briefly has the back, but Waldburger rolls back to guard. Ebersole jabs him from his knees. Ebersole gets a few punches in from the ground, but nothing too major. MMAjunkie.com gives the third to Ebersole 10-9 and has the fight for him 29-28. Brian Ebersole def. T.J. Waldburger via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)
