1.6 mil on Girl-Rilla. There's too much pressure on Rowdy to finish it via first round armbar, she'll be too focused on making that happen, whereas Liz has no finish expectations except to be finished. A Carmouche victory will be an upset, but not a surprise for this girl.

Please....Liz has no finish expectations because she's not even close to as skilled. She's a warm up fight.

How do any of us know how Rousey fairs after the first round? The point I was making is that Rousey will be looking just for that finish most likely, but Carmouche can look to end the fight in any way that she can. Surely you can see how that gives her a distinct advantage, whether she is in fact less skilled, or not.

120k on Liz.

She hasn't much chance but with odds like that I'm willing to part with a little cred.

Just watched this interview with Ariel and she seems to have a good attitude about it anyway.

Out of curiosity how do you think Carmouche will beat the 3 time gold medalist?

Medals do not render a person invincible, they only add to prestige and in turn, more pressure. It is obvious to me that you didn't bother reading my post which you so aptly quoted. The whole point of my statement was that Rousey has too much pressure on her to end it via first round armbar. Carmouche on the other hand has no similar expectation and can therefore focus more wholly on the fight. The fact of the matter is, Rousey will be looking singularly to end the fight in her trademark fashion.

This is an interesting point. I think Liz would be happy to lay n pray to victory because winning at all would be a huge deal for her.
