How do any of us know how Rousey fairs after the first round? The point I was making is that Rousey will be looking just for that finish most likely, but Carmouche can look to end the fight in any way that she can. Surely you can see how that gives her a distinct advantage, whether she is in fact less skilled, or not.

Medals do not render a person invincible, they only add to prestige and in turn, more pressure. It is obvious to me that you didn't bother reading my post which you so aptly quoted. The whole point of my statement was that Rousey has too much pressure on her to end it via first round armbar. Carmouche on the other hand has no similar expectation and can therefore focus more wholly on the fight. The fact of the matter is, Rousey will be looking singularly to end the fight in her trademark fashion.
