I can't think of a way Oliveira could win other than DQ or something weird....

I can't think either, but I wanna see it. Oliveira has a great BJJ and his stand up is quite nice, but Edgar game brings to much volume to him, i think. I am interested anyway.

Oliveira answers by pointing at his jaw and landing a long jab. Back to the floor, and Edgar is on top. Round ends there, and MMAjunkie.com gives it to Edgar, 10-9.

Round 2 - Edgar again quick to start. Oliveira giving chase, but Edgar moving in and out of range. Slapping low kick for Oliveira. He's jabbing, as well. Edgar pushes him back to the floor and kicks the legs before Oliveira rises. They clinch up again, and Edgar scores another takedown. Oliveira turns for an arm. It's not there, but Oliveira adjusts and locks the body triangle from underneath. Edgar with a few short punches. Elbows come in, as well. Oliveira breaks the grip and scrambles up. Oliveira's nose bloodied. Edgar punching and moving well. Oliveira scores two straights. Oliveira just short on a front kick, and Edgar lands a left hand counter. His nose is bloodied, too. Edgar catches a kick and lands a counter. Oliveira misses a flying knee. He's chasing. He lands a left hand. They trade in the pocket. Edgar scores a big takedown late and survives a choke attempt at the bell. MMAjunkie.com sees the second for Edgar, 10-9.

Round 3 - Edgar still moving well. Brazilian chants pick up to open the third. Stiff right scores for Edgar. He follows up, but Oliveira covers and shakes it off. Edgar picks the leg and pushes Oliveira to the floor but refuses to engage on the ground. Lavigne calls for Oliveira to stand. Oliveira takes the center. He lans a jab and a left hand that sees Edgar sagger. Knee scores, as do a few punches. Oliveira finally scoring. Edgar shakes it off. Edgar pushes Oliveira down again, but they return quickly to the feet. Edgar attacks, and Oliveira scores with a counter. Spinning kick misses for Oliveira. He pushes Edgar down but can't get the position. Edgar land again, and Oliveira is wobbled. Edgar moves in. He's bloodied, and the two are going toe to toe. Flying knee for Edgar. Right hand scores. Crowd is on their feet. Oliveira wants a takedown, but Edgar pushes him off and takes top position. Final minute. Oliveira going to need something special from the bottom. He drives in an elbow, but he's not looking for a submission. Edgar backs away and drives in with a crushing right hand. More strikes to finish, and MMajunkie.com sees the final round for Edgar, 10-9, and awards him the fight 30-27. RECAP: Frankie Edgar def. Charles Oliveira via unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28, 30-27).
