Had to abandon the bet/send everybody's credits back because...

Round 1 - Rob Hinds will get the first fight started as the third man in the cage. Bowling takes the center quickly as the two bounce around each other, and they land right hands nearly at the same time. But Fowling quickly comes back with another one and has Trujillo backing up – only to eat a couple from his opponent seconds later. Bowling lands a stiff left before the pace slows just for a moment. Bowling tries to get inside, and does, but Trujillo catches him stiff. It forces Bowling into a takedown attempt, and he scoops him up, holds him near the fence, then drops him on his back. But Trujillo is back up quickly and we're back to standing. Bowling lands to the body, then eats a knee from Trujillo, who then works on his jab some more. Bowling eats a few punches, and Trujillo bullies him to the ground, where he takes his back and then works to side control. Trujillo lands knees to the side as Bowling tries to get to his feet – but Bowling gets a tight guillotine. Hinds looks like he's going to get inside to stop the fight, but then backs away. Bowling adjusts his grip, but the 10-second clapper goes off and Trujillo will survive the round. The late submission attempt should give Bowling a 10-9 round on the MMAjunkie.com scorecard.

Round 2 - Big kick toward the side of the head from Bowling, and he comes behind it with a nice left jab. Trujillo continues to throw big bombs, though, and he's landing his jab. Bowling moves in 50 seconds in and gets a brief takedown, but again Trujillo is back up and he lands a couple lefts. Trujillo may be tiring, and Bowling lands a kick to his lead leg. He gets inside and lands a couple knees along the fence, but Bowling pushes him away and lands a right uppercut. Trujillo drops his hands, and Bowling moves in and starts to land. Trujillo answers back, and Bowling puts him on the mat right in front of his own corner. Back in the feet, Trujillo eats a combo with a good left hook. Although Trujillo looks tired, he's still throwing, and the success of his jab is evidenced on Bowling's face. With 45 seconds left, Bowling again drags the fight to the canvas. He locks up a rear-naked choke. Trujillo gives a thumbs-up to the ref, and he'll escape. But with Bowling on his knees along the fence, Trujillo landed two straight knees – the first looks like it hits the chest. But the second clearly hits Bowling in the face, and hits him squarely. After the knee, Trujillo lands an additional punch. Hinds tells Trujillo he's taking a point away from him – but not disqualifying him. Bowling gets a look from the doctor. And the doctor – and she will be the one who calls this off. She says Bowling was knocked out completely and the fight has to stop. Hinds is going to rule this a no-contest because he says the knee was not intentional.

Result: Roger Bowling vs. Abel Trujillo, no-contest (unintentional illegal knee) - Round 2, 4:57
