UFC 72 Weakest Card Ever

I'm seeing UFC 72 as possibly the weakest card I've ever seen.Franklin vs Okami as the main event?Let's be serious. Then we have Ramirez vs Griffin, and then Singer vs Mcdonald. You'd think with acquisition of Pride, the fight cards would be deeper.I just can't justify purchasing this PPV.And won't.

yea there aint no big names really...i would like to see Silva and Fedor and some other fighters that people will pay to watch...plus its really hard to follow 70 and 71,but with PrideFC there should be more good fight...but hey true thread, latr

Yeah, I can certainly understand why ppl wont buy this PPV. Its lookin more like a "good" fight night card than a PPV event.

Glad I can just go to the bar and watch it!

Yea but look what happened last time there was a good fight card.......10 second knockouts. Waste of $40 really.

I look at it this way. Its really hard to have stacked cards every PPV. Its mma so ill watch but i realy hope the undercards are good fights.

I think UFC 70 on free t.v was a one time only deal

They originally planned to show it on Spike but Spike turned them down so they're now stuck with a VERY weak card in the middle of the day. Buy rates probably won't be good. I'll probably pay the 10 bucks to see it in the theater but there's no way I'd pay 40.
