As good as Nakamura is, IMO, In UFC he is useless without his GI. I'll go with Machida on this one

because he cant use the GI you think hes going to lose. Well i think he going to lose but not because of not useing his GI. Ill what to bet when it gets closer

Im pretty sure Nakamura has fought once with his GI on, and it was a half-gi(just the top) against Silva. But i could be wrong. But in any case, hes fought a lot more without his GI.

This is a though call if you ask me. I thought Machida would of been given the favorite in odds.. I think its a pretty risky bet, it could go either ways.

Nakamura has been thrown at too many great fighters in Pride for his level. He is overrated in Japan if you ask me, but i like him a lot, and i think he is great.

But i dont know enough about Machida's ground game to decide who i would bet on. Standing up, Nakamura is going to try to clinch asap. If he does the mistake to trade, despite having decent standup techniques(no power tho), theres a good chance this will end in a KO.

As of now, i have Nakamura by decision. But ill look for some Machida fights, then ill say my pick. I didnt even see him against Heath..

I know he has fought without his GI before but one time when he did, i forget vs who, he said he regreted not wearing it. IMO he does a lot better with it on

I haven't seen Nakamura fight, but his resume is pretty impressive. Machida has some good wins under his belt, and this will be a great test for him. It could go either way, but I'm going for Machida for the odds.
