I think Franklin will come out with a Randy Couture gameplan and own Silva. Anderson Silva got totally ownd by a flying leg lock in Pride he's not invincible.

I always forget to use this damn thing, but when I have used it, my picks have come through... All 2, yea, count 'em, 2 TIMES.

Betting on my boy Anderson Silva.

Forum Bets: 8-4

I've got Tanner over Grove. How about a bet?

Talking

Just re watched silva franklin 1...for people who say that the fight was even until it got to the clinch, there is some validity to that, however that was only 20 seconds of the bout, franklin is a big 185er but silva is just as strong and lankier, if ace stands with silva he will get picked apart, if he takes him down (not likely) he will get submutted....I hope im wrong but, silva tko rd 2.

Sylvia vs. Vera is hard to call i think, since its 2007 i will prolly get it wrong with the pic, but ill go with vera just cuz that ogre sylvia is so boring, hopefully timmay gets ko's with a head kick

Does anyone watch Tapout? what is with those guys and their outfits? I dont want people like that representing MMA to the world, makes it look like WWE ot something.....thoughts?

Rich can pull a Sherk/Hughes style win...

One thing Rich can do really well is the G&P...

If he can put Silva on his back, keep tight and throw occasional elbows for points only he can win each round.

If Rich can wait for Silva to open up (like Sherk) he can quickly get full mount... then its all over for Silva.

Its not an impossible strategy for Rich, infact, I think its his best bet... BUT he wont win any fans by a crappy Lay&Pray win on points.

Most people don't give Franklin enough credit for his stand-up. What's fresh in everyone's mind is the beating he took from Silva. That is not a good fight to judge Franklin by. I expect him to do some damge on his feet as well as on the ground!
