i'm gonna drop some points on tim closer to fight time.

the story of this fight will be nog not being able to take tim down. tim's going to take the centre of the cage and throw fluid combinations at nog, like in the end of the vera fight. from here tim will either get a ko and finish off with some hammer fists like in his second fight with arlovski or he'll just pick up the unaminious decision.

it could be a boring fight if they spend alot of time clinched against the cage, but it could also be a standup war. so i'm very excited for this one.

<--- the punch that started it all!

My current favirote fighters
Anderson Silva
Junior Dos Santos
Mauricio Rua
Alistair Overeem
Jon Jones

WAR dan hardy, paul daley, ross pearson and terry etim doing it for the britz!

Wow, they have the odds all messed up. All over the internet betting sites, Lesner and Big Nog are both Favorites.

Here, they are the underdogs. WTF?

I was surprised with this being a mostly anti big tim forum that he would be the favorite in the odds against such a big name which sucks that he is for I was going to make allot of money betting on big tim

50K on Nog. Playing the odds. Seems this could go either way really IMHO,so I might as well play the odds.

I would agree with you except for the fact that they have actual money at stake on it. If you think that they are basing their betting odds solely upon public opinion, and risking losing all that money on public opinion, you're crazy. I think the people here that are making the odds are thinking too much when setting the odds.

Bookies know the dollars, MMA enthusiasts know the sport. I'm not saying there isn't adequate research on their end, and that there isn't emotional buy-in on ours. However, I honestly feel that our side of the fence is better educated on the events.

Going with Nog for another mil.

I hope Nog took notes on Silvia vs. Arlovski fight and drops for that heel hook or get Timmy's back for an RNC. I'll be pissed if Silvia wins, thank God its 5 rounds.
