yes... he absolutely destroy'd Frank Trigg, Sean Sherk, Karl Parysian, Jason Miller, beat BJ Penn and was actually beating Matt Hughes before he was put in a arm bar where he tapped quickly

GSP is really good. Huge WW who has beaten Sherk, Karo, Penn, & Mayhem Miller.

his last fight was at UFC 58. same as rich franklin. both were fighting after recovering from injuries. both fighting very good opponents. does that mean GSP will get dominated by knees in the first round? or maybe he will knockout matt hughes in the 1st round and i can be happy.

I put 5,000 on GSP because of the odds. I still think Hughes will win.

lol....someone asked if GSP was good...Does Vida Guerra have a nice ass? No brainer. Matt Hughes only has 2 things over GSP...Strength & the Belt. Other than that, St. Pierre's striking ability is far superior to Matt's. We all know what high kicks can do...just ask Mirko...lol. If Hughes does not take the fight to the ground...GSP may very well KO him. Matt will drop like a sack of potatos if tries to exchange with GSP. I take George St. Pierre with the upset either by KO or unanimous decision...

i think hughes is going to pull off the win again. but im puttin 2000 on gsp. i should have went all in on silva. it was my first bet though so i wasnt sure. oh well

I'm betting big on GSP, what a great fighter. I actually met him when I went to Tristar gym in Montreal a while back, really nice guy and HUGE for 170 lbs. He walks around at about 185 lbs. I think Hughes is similar to Sherk but maybe a bit stronger, and the fight will probably be a bit like the way GSP fought Shierk. But I hope Hughes tries to stand with GSP just to make things more interesting. I think the way he fought Penn at UFC 63 shows that the standup game is definitely his weakness. can't wait!
