Exclamation Tim Sylvia in 2!

Tim Sylvia will handle Monson with big blows and land a big knee's eventualy knocking Monson out in the second round!

All of you picking Sylvia by KO, remember that Chuck Liddell couldn't KO Monson.

Monson has only been KO'd once in his career, and that was by Ricco Rodriguez in his prime. Maybe I'm confused, but I think that was also a TKO via groundnpound (in the classic Ricco style), which means that Monson has never been KO'd on his feet.

Just a thought.

Well, there's always a first time for everything. And I think this'll be the first time Monson gets knocked out.

Yes, you do ozz.

I guess what I'm trying to say is:

That pre-2003 Ricco Rodrguez is, imo, the greatest man ever to hold the UFC heavyweight title. (except for my boy Josh Barnett, who held it for as long as it took them to process that steroid test)

It took Ricco in his prime (his real prime, between KOTC 2 and UFC 39 (I knew he was going downhill after it took him 5 rounds to tapout Couture), 13 minutes to submit Monson.

Chuck Liddell couldn't put him to sleep, granted it was Chuck's UFC debut, but after that he destroyed Kevin Randleman in 78 seconds and Guy Mezger about half way through the second round. It was before the cold streak of decisions.

The only fighter that beat Monson recently who is even remotely questionable is Forrest Griffin. Forrest couldn't finish the fight with 16 minutes (I think) and we all know that this title fight isn't going to a decision.

For those of you who don't know how Jeff got his nickname, it's a mistranslation of the Brazillian word for snowball, and that's just what he's been doing now in the UFC.

Let's go Jeff.
