I right there with you man -1800 on the Pitbull. Totally a gut call as I think it's a bad match up for Alves but wtf dude is totally swank with hot ladies in Miami. Terrible for training but it got my respect.

If this were real $ I would not be making this bet.

I don't think it's a bad match-up at all. As long as Alves doesn't wait til the second round to "start" he'll be fine.

The "late start" tendency with Alves had me concerned but Hughes isn't the fastest starter either- I just don't want to see Alves get mauled on the ground.

Well if he's training with Aurelio and Garcia, he def won't be a fish out of water if it goes to the ground. I actually think Thiago may be stronger than Hughes.
