If one of the fighters doesn't make weight, will it then be ruled a NC, although the betting is still open until after the weigh ins?
Also, if one of the fighters would happen to test positive for banned substances, say a week after the fight, will it then be ruled a NC posthumously and credits will be taken back/given out according to the new result?
If this fight had been signed back when it was announced as Sanchez/Alves I'd agree with you, but taking that fight on 2 weeks notice isn't going to better Alves numbers.
I'm also interested in making a side wager with anyone that Alves will NOT make weight again. I know three times would be a huge shocker, but I've heard outside this forum that Alves is walking around fairly heavy even this close to the fight.
Gotta go with Alves on this one, Better standup and seems to be very good against wrestlers, he nullified Hughes in his guard which is something most people cant do.
