Serra all the way, 2.75k on him. In honesty I thought he beat Hughes in the last fight, so I don't see Trigg beating him here, unless he lands a luck shot.

everything on serra

i heard a 22 minute radio interview with trigg. He was going off about relearning the basics, learning karate and having a new trainer and corner. which surprized the hell out of me because best i remembered he was in Randy Couture gym. He didnt really talk about it but was worried if he lost he was cut from ufc. He just sounded like a bitch and did not seem confident.

matt serra 3rd round knee bar, foot lock.

250 000 Serra. I think Trigg wins the first round and gets cocky.

Serra for sure. Frank Trigg doesn't know how to fight.

I gotta go with Serra. I like the guy, his interviews are funny, he was good on Tuf and he says whats on his mind. Hes a little annoying when hes coaching a fight, but at least his fighter can hear him clearly. Plus he lives a few towns over from me and I pass either one of schools all the time on my way to work. I should drop in and meet him but that would be kinda gay. I think he'll GnP Trigg for a referee stoppage.

Serra's punching power is no joke at WW. I feel like Serra needs to go in throwing bombs and Trigg will be overwhelmed.

I feel bad disregarding Trigg like that though .
