Kimmons takes the UD two rounds to one on every card:

Round 1 - Referee Jason Herzog in charge of the evening's card-opening bout. Stenbeiss opens with a few testing jabs. Kmmons answers, and both land shots from the pocket. Kimmons holds the center, and he rushes into the clinch. Stenbeiss circles away from the cage and reverses the action. Knees traded inside as the two jocky for underhooks. Stenbeiss getting the better knees right to the gut as well as the outside of the thigh. Kimmons throws a few right hands and finally spins off. Kimmons tries to change levels, but Stenbeiss defends and stays on his feet. Stenbeiss spins again and returns to the knee attack halfway through the frame. Stenbeiss very comfortable with his left arm controlling the head and right on the body. Punishing knees inside. Kimmons complains briefly that one is low, but Herzog says it's fine. Kimmons finally breaks free and throws a right hand that misses. They reset in the center. Slapping body kick from Stenbeiss. Kimmons pushes in behind punches and secures a bodylock. Stenbeiss easily spins around and returns to the familiar knee attack. Kimmons' body is reddened, though he doesn't seem to be bothered. Stenbeiss throws a few rights to the ribs before the bell, and he takes the round on the MMAjunkie.com card, 10-9.

Round 2 - Kimmons looks lively despite the early bodywork, though Stenbeiss pops him with a right. Kimmons shoots in for a single. Stenbeiss defends well, though persistence eventually drags him down. Stenbeiss pops right back up and again delivers knees inside from the clinch. The fighters spin against the cage in an over-under clinch. Kimmons throws a few knees, but there's no zip at all. The same can't be said for Stenbeiss. Kimmons eventually works a trip and sets up on top, though Stenbeiss immediately works for a triangle choke, then an armbar. Kimmons pulls away, and as Stenbeiss stands to follow, he winds up in a guillotine. Kimmons can't hold it, and Stenbeiss pops out and makes him pay with a high kick. Clinch in the center, and Kimmons looks exhausted and frustrated. Stenbeiss holds a Thai clinch and continues with the knee. He elects to score with two punches to the face, then back to the knees. Kimmons drops levels and grabs Stenbeiss around the waist and slams him to the canvas Matt Hughes-style. Stenbeiss looks a little shocked as he grabs half-guard. Kimmons lands a few short shots before the bell. Nice finish for Kimmons, but not enough to take the round. MMAjunkie.com sees it for Stenbeiss, 10-9.

Round 3 - Stenbeiss with a 1-2 to open. Kimmons throws back, but the reach disadvantage hurts. Stenbeiss lands a low kick that buckles Kimmons, and he follows it up with a second one immediately after. Kimmons moves into the clinch, but Herzog calls for a quick restart. Stenbeiss moves into a Thai clinch and tries an entertaining jump to Kimmon's back. He slides off and pulls guard. As Kimmons sets up on top, he reaches for a guillotine. This could be a disaster for Stenbeiss, but he remains calm from his knees and pulls out and stands. Stenbeiss goes back to the clinch against the cage where most of this fight has taken place. Stenbeiss' corner telling him the fight is even, and he must win this round. Two minutes remain, and there's another restart. Quick clinch again, and Kimmons manages to wind up on top after a trip. Stenbeiss tries to spin for an armbar, but Kimmons backs away from the hold. Kimmons immediately moves back in and throws a few elbows from the top. Stenbeiss sits against the cage, but as he stands, he catches a knee. Round ends, and Kimmons takes the third, 10-9. Stenbeiss looks disgusted. Rob Kimmons def.
