Round 2 - Marquardt moves in with a nice combo before resetting. Miller lands a nice straight right from distance. Neither fighter wants to close the distance. Marquardt lands a nice right, a head kick and a flying knee, but Miller shoots and gets the takedown. Marquardt sits against the cage and looks to get upright. Miller tries to pin him down. Marquardt finally works his way back and jockeys for position in the clinch. They break and restart. Marquardt lands a nice right, but Miller counters. Marquardt lands a lunging shot and then a quick right after a reset. Marquardt lands another quick right, clinches and scores the drag-takedown. Miller secures a guillotine and gets a tight full guard. Marquardt, though, pops free. Marquardt delivers some elbows from the top. MMAjunkie.com scores it 10-9 for Marquardt.
Round 3 - Marquardt lands a right and instantly eats a counter shot. The clash in the center of the cage, and Miller lands an uppercut. Marquardt lands another quick right and then another. Miller, though, shoots and grabs a single leg. Marquardt sprawls even as Miller gets to his knees. Miller tries to reset but ends up on his back with Marquardt on top in full guard. Marquardt works elbows from the top. The pace slows as Marquardt envelops him. The elbows keep coming. Miller goes high with guard and delivers some elbows from below, but it's too little too late.
