Oliveira moves in and is countered with a shot. Tibau checks a high kick as the round ends. It was pretty evenly matched, but MMAjunkie.com scores it 10-9 for Tibau.
Round 2 - Oliveira stalks from the center and eats a left while trying for the takedown. Tibau checks a body kick. The fighters circle and continue throwing shots, but nothing is getting through. Tiobau shoots and powers his way to a takedown and lands in full guard. He works some punches from the top and looks to improve position but gives up the position, and we're standing. Tibau lands a nice short uppercut and gets another takedown and senses his opponent may be hurt and drops down a flurry of punches. Oliveira eventually gives up his back, and Tibau works punches while securing his hooks and eventually forcing the fight-ending rear-naked choke. Gleison Tibau def.
