Gotta go with Aldo here. Kenflo is good, but he seems to choke in big fights. Not only that, but choke or not Aldo is just better.

Put everything I had on KenFlo. I'll never stop supporting him! He's been one of my favorite fighters since I started watching MMA!

I don't see how Florian could possibly win this outside of a punchers chance or desperate cage pinning for five rounds. I don't think he's gonna pull of neither. Aldo is better at every distance, from every position. Think they will be the most equal in the clinch but still favor Aldo in that position.

Round 1 - Referee Dan Miragliotta in the cage for the evening's co-main event with the UFC featherweight title on the line. Florian with an early low kick. Inside leg kicks from Florian. Also at distance, and he rushes forward with punches. Florian backs away and resets. Aldo punching, early, and he's just short. Florian dives in for a takedown, but Aldo shucks it off and lands a few punches inside. Florian scores a takedown on a spinning Aldo, but the champ is right back to his feet. Florian charges in for a follow-up, but it's not there. Florian presses in from the outside. He gets a toss, but Aldo scrambles back up. Two minutes remain, and Florian is stick to Aldo as he drives in. Aldo peels away the hands and resets. Chants for both fighters as Aldo pulls away from another takedown attempt. Florian is relentless in his pursuit of a takedown. Aldo defending well against the cage, but the work is keeping him from landing any real damage. Traded shots at the bell, and with little to score in terms of real offense, MMAjunkie.com is going to go with Florian, 10-9.

Round 2 - Florian goes to work again with low kicks and leaping punches. Aldo looks very comfortable, but Florian is keeping him from really attacking thus far. Florian shuffles his feet on the outside. Also throws a few punches, but he's really gun-shy thus far. Low kicks traded. Aldo's more powerful, but the frequency is low thus far. Florian trying to clinch, but he's a little too slow. Aldo still controlling the center, and he lands a low kick, but Florian comes back with a few of his own. High kick for Aldo. He tosses Florian to the floor and grazes a front kick to the face when he stands. Stiff right from Aldo. Low kick. Florian with a low kick that spins an off-balance Aldo. Florian pushes in during the closing seconds. Very close round again, but MMAjunkie.com leaning toward Aldo in this one, 10-9.

Round 3 - Aldo controls the center, and he lands a crisp straight. Starting to pick it up a little. Florian comes through with a few kicks to various levels. Aldo controlling the center and stalking, and a kick and a few punches land. Knee scores as well. Aldo looks to be gaining confidence. Florian is having a little more difficulty getting in tight. Right hand from Aldo. Florian shoots, but Aldo defends and falls directly into mount. Florian regains half while Aldo looks to punch. Also wants side, but Florian steps over to save half. Halfway in, and Florian pushing to create space. Aldo not finding much room to punch. Stalemate on the floor, but Florian not showing that he's going to be able to escape. Aldo postures but controls the legs and pushes back down. Less than a minute, and they return to the feet. Florian shoots in, but Aldo game in defense as he backs up to the cage. Round finishes there, and Aldo takes it, 10-9 on the MMAjunkie.com card.

Round 4 - Championship rounds. Aldo does not look at all tired, and he avoids a low kick form Florian. Aldo leaps in with a left and easily ducks a Florian spinning strike. THey clinch up one minute in, but Aldo pushes him away and punches. Florian rives in, intent again on the finish. Knee from Aldo just short. Florian pushing in from the outside as they look to gain position. Miragliotta calls for action. They break. Florian ducks a punch and looks for a toss, but Aldo is not having it. Still, Florian is pushing forward better than he did int he past two rounds. Aldo looks completely unconcerned with Florian's attempts, but he's also defending more this round than attacking. Final minute, and Aldo breaks free. He lands one punch. THis round is very tight with little going on. Aldo has no problem defending Florian, but FLorian is the one moving in. Front kicks from Florian. Knee misses from Aldo. Another very tight round, but MMAjunkie.com going to lean ever so slightly toward Florian, 10-9.

Round 5 - Final round, and Florian has yet to threaten, but he's scoring points. Aldo sees Florian hit the deck and stands over him. Florian seizes the opportunity to snag a leg, but Aldo sniffs that out and presses in with an elbow. Aldo moves quickly to mount. Florian slides and rolls, and Aldo appeared to have an opening for an armbar. Instead, he settles for keeping top position. Florian scrambles to his knees and to his feet. Aldo stays tight and presses in against the cage. Nothing there, and Miragliotta calls for a restart. Florian clinches up and looks again for that toss. Nothing there. Aldo presses in. They break in the closing seconds, and Aldo starts calling Florian in. Nothing really there, but MMAjunkie.com gives to Aldo, 10-9, awarding him the fight 48-47. Aldo was in control throughout, but he really needed to step on the gas pedal to create a wider gap. Jose Aldo def. Kenny Florian via unanimous decision (49-46, 49-46, 49-46) to retain the UFC's featherweight title.

I don't remember having credits on this fight Lucky Aldo got the decision then! I thought I was completely broke
