You good luck with that prediciton lol
How are the odds for that scenaryo? +2000?
btw^^ when was the last time Roy submited somebody legit?
I correct my odds to +10000!
Pardon me, he never did before ;D

You said it was impossible, not that the odds were slim. Aside from the rather pathetic Perosh, when was the last time he fought someone who wanted to be on the ground with him? Barnett? Is CC's TDD legendary anymore? And if Roy does get him down, I really don't see CC getting back up barring a benevolent ref or a bell. Maybe not subbed, but I think it's fairly obvious that Roy will be the one in control if it hits the ground.

Man, that that fat guy can't Wrestle at all lol
CroCop has the edge everywhere the fight goes.. and there is no way in hell he could keep Mirko down lol
still fight will be standing not for 14 minutes.. but 15.

That fat guy nearly subbed Arlovski who isn't exactly a noob to grappling... so anyway, you see a decision in CC's favor as the outcome?

Just watched the ultimate insider and it was weird to hear Roy's wife say "I'm excited to see a healthy Roy"... just weird.... this is the UFC not the biggest loser.
50k on Cro-Cop

I don't know who wins this fight. It could go either way.. Roy can certainly beat Mirko on the feet too when the same Mirko shows up who fought in the UFC.
If Mirko starts throwing more than 2 kicks again.. he should make Roy quit or KO him early.

I can agree with that. Mirko has the tools to win, but that Mirko doesn't come around much anymore... you never know. I'd love to see CC do well, it sucks to watch a fighter swirl down the drain before retiring.

Round 1 - Referee Steve Mazzagatti in charge of this heavyweight contest. Quick circling early, and Nelson misses with a big leaping punch. Filipovic moving to his left in the southpaw stance. Nelson misses with a few punches before dropping down and securing a quick takedown just one minute into the fight. Filipovic with a closed guard underneath. Nelson postures and delivers a few punches and elbows. Filipovic trying to control the arms and keep Nelson from striking, but his insistence on a closed guard seems to suggest he's just waiting for stand-up. He does finally break it and push Nelson away just past the halfway mark. Nelson ducks into a kick and eats a few crisp punches. He delivers a big right hand of his own, and the two trade fro a moment. Nelson still the aggressor. Filipovic does land a crisp left uppercut. One minute remains. Crown behind the Croatian as they chant his name. Nelson walks into a few more punches. Nelson fires a kick and drives in a series of punches. Round ends, and the standup is fairly even, but with the takedown, Nelson takes the opening frame on the MMAjunkie.com card, 10-9.
Round 2 - Nelson continues to push forward, and he rocks Filipovic with a right. As he looks to pounce for the finish, Filipovic answers back and staggers Nelson. Filipovic unleashes a furious assault of punches, but Nelson covers up well and survives the onslaught. Tremendous opening minute. Pace settles, and Nelson goes back to stalking. Filipovic still circling left. Nelson misses on a lunging right. Nelson landing with a lead left. Filipovic retreats and fires off his trademark left high kick. Nelson reaches in with the right but misses, and the two clinch. Filipovic presses in from the outside as Nelson works underhooks. He uses it to spin off as we hit the halfway mark. Nelson gets a trip to the floor and is in side control. He works on isolating the left arm and securing a crucifix. Filipovic keeps pulling the right arm free from Nelson's legs, but he can't get the sweep. Nelson starts landing left hands once the crucifix is secured. Not sure if he's counting them out, but Mazzagatti is watching closely. Nelson thinks about a keylock briefly but lands a few more punches and secures the second round on the MMAjunkie.com card, 10-9.
Round 3 - Touch of gloves to open the third. Familiar setup as Filipovic moves to his left. Filipovic wobbles after eating a straight right. Nelson ducks for a takedown. Filipovic defends, but Nelson pops up and drops him with a right-left combo. Filipovic is rocked and covering, and Nelson leaps to the back and pounds away with punches. Filipovic is done, and Mazzagatti calls off the dogs. Nelson takes to the top of the fence and rubs that infamous belly.
