Hecht does get his hips out for an armbar, but Attonito pushes it off and takes side control briefly before moving into half-mount. Attonito picking up the pace on the punches in the final minute. Hecht doesn't rise before the bell, and MMAjunkie.com gives the frame to Attonito, 10-9.
Round 2 - Hecht throws his hands early, but Attonito answers. High kick from Hecht blocked. Hecht shoots in, but Attonito stands him up and fires a knee in the clinch. Attonito pushes in against the cage and looks for a takedown. Hecht hits him with two elbows to the head. Attonito is hurt and drops to the canvas. Hecht pounces with dozens of punches. Rosenthal watches closely as Hecht swarms, and that's the fight. Jake Hecht def. Rich Attonito via TKO (strikes) - Round 1, 1:10.
