I don't understand the Hioki hype. That said, Bart isn't exactly elite. But I think he can sprawl and brawl.

Hioki was rolling around with George Roop for a while and couldn't pull off a sub. I don't think he subs Bart who is actually a blackbelt in BJJ.

If I remember correctly I thought he lost to Roop.

This is a fight that hasn't got alot of hype but could be the best fight on this card. I just wasn't impressed with Hioki in his UFC debut. I think Bart takes it via decision

This. The fact that he looked terrible against Roop and somehow got the nod absolutely baffled me.

Bart FTW by ko or TKO. Bart is also way bigger imo. Hioki looks like a little sick kid or something.

Some people really need to watch some of Hioki's old fights. George Roop's a pretty odd style match up for a guy making his UFC debut with new rules and in a cage.

Now that he's used to the cage and new rules, he's gonna put a hurting on Bart.

I'm surprised so many people are pulling for Bart here. I know there are under 20 votes, but he seems to be getting a solid lead. That being said, I could see this one going either way. I apologize for my diplomatic type of prediction.
