UFC on FUEL TV 3 fight card set, five bouts slated for televised main card

Quote:
The lineup is set for May's UFC on FUEL TV 3 event.

The show, dubbed "Korean Zombie vs. Poirier," features a five-round title qualifier between featherweight contenders Chan Sung Jung (12-3 MMA, 2-0 UFC) and Dustin Poirier (12-1 MMA, 4-0 UFC).

Four other bouts are part of the night's FUEL TV-televised main card.

UFC on FUEL TV 3 takes place May 15 at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Va. In addition to the FUEL TV main card, Facebook is expected to stream the full preliminary card.

Jung and Poirier fight for the right to meet reigning champion Jose Aldo. Currently, the division is light on top-level contenders, though Jung and Poirier – who campaigned for their fight via Twitter before UFC officials ultimately booked it – now are just one win away from a title shot.

Other televised UFC on FUEL TV 3 bouts include lightweights Donald Cerrone (17-4 MMA, 3-1 UFC) vs. Jeremy Stephens (20-7 MMA, 7-6 UFC), bantamweights Mike Easton (12-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC) vs. Yves Jabouin (17-7 MMA, 2-1 UFC), middleweights Tom Lawlor (7-4 MMA, 3-3 UFC) vs. Jason MacDonald (25-15 MMA, 6-7 UFC), and welterweights Amir Sadollah (5-3 MMA, 5-3 UFC) vs. Lopez Lopez (11-2 MMA, 0-1 UFC).
