Firstly, I will point out I don't like Sonnen for that reason I will not be spending 16 bucks on his book. However, for those who are a fan of his it should be entertaining. But you will be consider a sucker as I'm sure anybody here can write 320 pages of fictional entertainment.
If this book had some non fictional facts i would buy it, but at the end of the day your buying a self help book towards success from a man who has never held goal.
IMO he should have done a stand up comedy routine rather than a book, i would spend 16 bucks on that, than waste my time reading 320 pages of bs.

First, I don't understand how anyone with a basic grade school level of reading comprehension could read chaels intro and think this book was going to be anything other than entertainment.

I was talking about mma goal, you really think the man is going to write 320 pages without some legit information such as his work ethic ? Realistically I see the book being as a joke, but there will be some factional information in there that will help us understand chael. To me a 320 page book for entertainment purposes that only appeals to a mma demographics seems to be a waste. If it does have some legit information like he says "Inside this book I offer you my knowledge of physics, politics, linguistics, history, and physiology. " He should wait until July to release it. |

Here is the thing can he do that? I know he could do that in the ufc, but with a book can he bash silva without getting sue as it is likely to be publish by a independent company? It will likely not happen, but it would be funny as hell if a lawsuit comes out from the book. |

It would need some context, so the previous chapter would have to be "How to Properly Slap Your Enemies Wives Bottoms".
