Lets also not forget that Mark Hunt has beaten a prime Wanderlei Silva and a Prime Mirko Crocop in MMA. I was impressed with just how easily he shrugged off Super Cheick Kongo's wall n stall attempt and regardless of how sloppy the Ben Rothwell fight was, he's showing clear signs of improvement in grappling.
A Super Samoan with solid submission defence is a very scary Super Samoan indeed.

I am a fan of both. But I will be rooting for Hunt. Good story, good guy.
I sort of feel sorry for Struve if he standing for too long. Not good to accumulate all these KOs so early into his career.

I admire that he refused to quit when he was given the chance coming into the UFC, and turned it around like real champ. His interviews are pretty funny too, although I don't think the UFC would appreciate 1-2 word statements if he is able to rise near the top.

The UFC will put up with it if/when he reaches the top... UFC puts up with AS's 1-2 word statements. BTW, I am an AS fan and I have always liked Mark and hope he continues to do well. Don't know which interview I would rather watch, AS or Nick D. |
