I think he meant it on a 'fandom' level more so than anything else. And I can't deny his accuracy in that regard. Canadian MMA fans are the best, most respectful fans in the world. We don't chant obnoxious chants like the Americans. We don't boo refs so that they'll stand up our hometown fighters like the Brazilians. We don't laugh in the middle of a fight, for no apparent reason, like the Australians. And they don't risk riots induced by little more than alcoholism in Canada like they do anywhere in the UK. We cheer good fights, and we cheer good fighters, regardless of the circumstances. Thus making us better than all of you.
